Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to provide support and solutions to customers before and after the sale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth technical integration of our solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education. Understand and interpret customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions. Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Support the sales team in the preparation of proposals, bids, and contracts. Conduct product trials, installations, and post-sales support as needed. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to represent the company. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or related field). Proven experience in technical sales, engineering, or a customer-facing technical role. Strong technical understanding of products/services in the relevant industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Prior experience in [industry-specific technology or systems].
