Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing and production clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture. Create and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing and production sectors, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and attract top talent in manufacturing and production roles. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles within client organizations. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices for talent acquisition in the manufacturing and production industries.
