Role Description This is a full-time Technical Recruiter role located on-site in Aligarh. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers. The role includes identifying and reaching out to potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill technical positions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a high standard of recruitment.
