Overview The Technical Recruiter plays a crucial role in talent acquisition, striving to find, attract, and hire top technical talent to meet the company's technology needs. They work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop job descriptions Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Utilize recruiting tools and software to identify, track, and manage candidates Screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams Participate in tech interviews to evaluate candidates" technical skills Manage and guide candidates through the recruitment process Build a talent pipeline and proactively network to source passive candidates Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires Stay updated on industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter Familiarity with technical roles and the ability to assess candidates" technical skills Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems Strong knowledge of job boards, social media, and professional networks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Understanding of employment laws and regulations Proactive and results-oriented mindset Industry certification (e.g. AIRS, PHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus Skills: hr,communication skills,time management,regulations,screening,interviewing,sourcing,recruitment strategies,employment laws,technical roles,interpersonal skills,talent acquisition,recruitment tools,
