We are seeking bright and tech-savvy candidates with backgrounds in psychology, HR, or MBA, who are eager to contribute to the growth of an early-stage company. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical and non-technical recruitment skills, along with familiarity with key recruitment tools and platforms. Responsibilities: - Conduct screening and interviews of potential candidates - Manage and create job postings across multiple platforms - Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and ensure their active participation - Support the team in tasks such as content creation, social media management, and lead generation Salary: INR 15,000 - INR 25,000 per month with additional incentives based on successful placements. Interview Process: - Initial discussion lasting 30-45 minutes - Case study assessment followed by a subsequent interview - Final discussion and introduction to the team We are excited to consider your application!
