Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager-Dot Net at Algorithms Software Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects in the Construction and Civil Engineering industries. Your role will involve managing the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality solutions. You will work with modern IT technologies such as .NET, MVC, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in both agile and traditional environments. Your duties and responsibilities will include overseeing project control, monitoring performance, managing risks and issues, allocating resources, facilitating internal communication, and producing regular status reports for leadership review. You will need to have expertise in SDLC, technical knowledge of .NET Core MVC and Flutter, familiarity with ERP development for the construction industry, and proficiency in project management skills such as planning, risk management, resource allocation, stakeholder management, and tool proficiency. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership and soft skills, including team leadership, problem-solving abilities, effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, adaptability to dynamic environments, and a results-oriented approach. Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree, certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM), 8-10 years of experience in Software Development and Project Management, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
