We are looking for a Technical project manager with 7-13 years of experience who has solid experience dealing with international clients. IT Project experience with .Net Technology with excellent communication and escalation management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 7-13 years of Project & Program management & delivery experience with IT industry in Microsoft or Object-oriented projects.
  • Must have strong technology background in Microsoft stack (.NET /SharePoint/ SQL etc) 
  • Extensive experience on delivery management using Agile and Waterfall methodology
  • CSM / A-CSM or equivalent and PMP certifications required will be good to have.
  • Some exposure to latest cloud-based technologies will be an add on.
  • Should have very good experience on Project Management, Estimation, Reporting, Requirement elicitation and analysis, Project Scheduling and Resource Management.
  • Should have strong design concepts, good logical reasoning, technology solution breadth.
  • Consultative & Solution-oriented - Ability to propose design and development approach.
  • Planning, budgeting, and reporting on projects, ensure all deliverables are in line with expected quality
  • Experience with handling high severity multiple project issues
  • Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across project phases
  • Able to guide the team through the development and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively.
  • Should be able to drive and manage strategic client accounts on program level .
  • Should have experience in Stakeholder Management, People management experience, Allocation, Billability.
  • Strong Leadership Skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to proactively call out issues and risks and provide solutions.
