Delivery Solutions is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UPS | We are a certified Great Places To Work Company Role: Technical Agile Project Manager Work Location: Remote Requirements: Requirements: Experience: 7+ years in IT Project Management, with 3-4 years of relevant experience specifically in Agile project management. Prior experience as a developer is required before transitioning to project management. Agile Expertise: Deep expertise in Agile project management methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects in this model. Software/SaaS Background: Strong background in managing software product or SaaS-based projects, with the ability to provide estimations and solutions efficiently, collaborating with technical experts. Team Management: Experience in leading and managing a team of developers, ensuring accountability for project success. Project Execution: Responsible for the successful execution and delivery of projects within the agreed time frame and budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables. Risk Management: Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans in consultation with clients or relevant departments. Project Tracking: Proficient in tracking project status and conducting regular status review meetings. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the logistics or eCommerce domain is advantageous but not mandatory. Certifications: PMP or CSM certification is preferred but not mandatory.,
