Tech PM with strong experience of running production stability type projects and managing senior stakeholders Technical PM doesnt have to be an SME in Cyber basic understanding is required but strong awareness of technical infrastructure and familiar with ITDR Recovery concepts
Typical activities for this PM role across Production Stability and Capacity Management
attend Production Stability Working Group take minutes and summarise actions for Cyber
attend Production Stability Syncup call take minutes and summarise actions for Cyber
attend relevant Project Working Groups supported by Cyber SME for each project take minutes and summarise actions for Cyber
maintain a RAID log and inform Cyber lead Cyber senior management of risks issues and challenges
coordinate action plans with ITSOs and report monthly noncompliance to the Operational Resilience Steering Committee
provide MetricGRAS to tolerance calculation for controls inputs into Resilience Committee for Simona
maintain and report in Clarity status for Production Stability Projects and new Capacity Management Theme
maintain action plan to achieve GRAS metrics with ITSOs and schedule calls with clear actions circulated post call
