Job Description
THIS IS A THIRD PARTY PAYROLL ROLE ON PROCESS9 TECHNOLOGIES' PAYROLL.
Skills required- Communication skills, customer technical support, software project management lifecycle, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Software configuration, key account management, Pre-sales software support, technical
demos, Networking, Port, Cluster, presentation, documentation.
Location- Pune (WFO)- need local candidates only
Experience- 3+ Years
Relevant experience- 3 Years is needed
Budget- 9-10 LPA
Interview process- 2 technical rounds (Virtual)
Education Qualification:- BCA/MCA/B.TECH/B.E./Diploma in Computer Science
What you’ll do:
- Managing end to end software project management lifecycle
- Customer project specifications, implementation, and management
- Software configuration at customer’s server
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) wherever required
- Software technical support and key account management
- Develop deep relationships with customers, identify new opportunities, and increase revenue from customers.
- Pre-sales software support to the sales team, making project schedules, POC, doing technical demos, lead the technical discussions with customers.
Mandatory skills:
- Good knowledge of application support to clients
- Understanding of Networking, Port, Cluster etc.
- Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
