As a Technical Program Manager at BeyondTrust, your role involves overseeing and managing technology-focused projects or programs. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and meeting technical requirements. Leading complex projects, you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative technology solutions. Managing timelines, risks, and project deliverables will be crucial for successful execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, plan, and manage product and program initiatives within an assigned product area to align with strategic business objectives - Develop comprehensive program roadmaps detailing milestones, timelines, and resource requirements for efficient execution - Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program success - Deliver progress reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders - Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless program execution - Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks - Facilitate problem resolution and oversee product deployment readiness - Stay informed about industry trends to inform program strategy - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements - Manage escalations and resolve critical program challenges Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field - 2-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or technology - Strong business acumen and understanding of software development lifecycle - Proficiency in agile methodologies and process modeling - Excellent time management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills - Experience in Security or Cloud software solutions - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in SaaS Security Software Program Management - Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or other security certifications BeyondTrust values diversity and inclusion as core principles in building strong teams and fostering a connected culture.
