Job Title: Technical Program Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver high-impact technology programs in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership in cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and SDLC processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive the successful delivery of complex, large-scale technology programs using Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Manage full lifecycle project execution across SDLC phases, including planning, CI/CD, BDD, TDD, and automated testing frameworks.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Champion Agile best practices, ensuring consistency in processes and driving continuous improvement across teams.

Monitor and report on Agile metrics such as burn-down charts, velocity, and sprint progress.

Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to communicate status, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on program goals and delivery timelines.

Identify project risks and blockers early, and lead mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Coach teams on Agile principles, helping them mature in Agile practices and delivery discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

15 to 18 years of experience in technical program/project management.

Proven expertise in Agile project delivery (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) in large, cross-functional environments.

Strong knowledge of SDLC and modern development practices including CI/CD, automated testing, BDD, and TDD.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Hands-on experience with Agile tools and frameworks, and expert-level understanding of metrics and backlog management.

Ability to coach, mentor, and build high-performing Agile teams.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum Master (preferred).
