Job Description

Technical Skillset
Experience in Java (Core/Servlets/JSP), Web Services (REST/SOAP), Web Technologies
(HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS), Web Servers (JBoss), Database Servers (MS-SQL), Operating Systems (Windows Server 2019), IDEs (Eclipse)
Having work experience in BPM (Newgen - iBPS 5.x, Omniflow), DMS (Newgen - OmniDocs 9.x/10.x, Client / Admin), Reporting Tool (Newgen – BAM tool for complex/simple reports),
Document Scanning Solutions (Newgen - OmniScan 4.x/5.x), OmniRules, Master Table
Management.
Proven experience with iBPS, OmniDocs, Core Java, JavaScript, HTML, JSP, CSS, jQuery, JBoss 7.x or JBoss 8.x, Web APIs.
Strong technologist with ability to work with multiple technologies on different platforms and deliver best quality product.
Proven experience with Newgen APIs & integration of iBPS with various business applications.
Coordinate with iBPS Implementation Partner and Third-Party vendor to align expectation and ensure successful integration.
Extensive knowledge of designing, developing, and deploying solutions on Newgen Platform.
Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories.
Strong communication and assertiveness skills.
Strong initiative to find ways to architect and improvise solutions, systems, and processes.
Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities
Act as a catalyst between Business team and Implementation partner to understand the  usiness requirement in detail and review the solution provided by Implementation partners to meet both business and technical objectives.
Review the Architecture, design and solution proposed by the Implementation partner
Take project through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation, and support.
Coordinate with Newgen Implementation partner and Third party / Inhouse team to refine and tune integration between applications for successful integration of various applications with iBPS platform
Coordinate with IT Infrastructure team to support deployment of releases
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
Adhere to high-quality development principles in accordance with established standards while delivering solutions on-time
Evaluate any upgrades that might come on Newgen products during implementation that has relevance in our context
