Job Description To ensure quality in the processes and daily management of the SeaSafe Maine and to ensure compliance with regulations, company policies & procedures through following: Responsibilities Support the Director, Service Manager, Service Engineers, Sales team, and clients with technical queries and engineering solutions in relations to lifeboats, davit systems, FFE as and when required Review client service enquiries (Client Management) and client service orders with the Service team. Assist in the preparation and submission of quotation for service contract and renewals Conduct engineering briefing and documentation with Service Manager (not limiting to work scopes, materials, and engineer resources Manage the work schedule for service, maintenance and refurbishment activities, sufficient to enable the Service manager to allocate and/or plan the labor to carry out the scheduled requirements. Prepare brief and/or debrief service engineers depending on complexity and contractual requirements Support and provide out of hours contact on service-related emergencies and to coordinate / liaise with the service manager as necessary Review the service reports for quality-of-service work performed and analysis for statistical/trend development etc Approve / Authorize SeaSafe Marine certifications Organize/Supervise/Certify training schedules for service engineers and third parties Maintain the training matrix and develop the skill base of the service engineers To be fully responsible and prepare to carry out Class / Flag / ISO audits for SeaSafe Qualifications Bizsafe risk management and level 2 certification Shipyard Safety Supervisor Certificate Work Experience Minimum 10-year experiences in lifeboats, survival crafts, davit & FFE systems related field Good Knowledge of Marine Regulations and Industry Statutory Instruments Good Knowledge of SOLAS III/20 & MSC requirements Good Knowledge of Safe & Efficient Shipboard Operations.,
