Job Description

You have experience in implementing ServiceNow discovery solution, ServiceNow Event Management Solution, integrating ServiceNow CMDB with different discovery tools, and implementing Service Mapping solution. You are proficient in REST, SOAP, and JavaScript, with good exposure to the Configuration Management Lifecycle. You have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to perform effectively under work pressure. Your willingness to learn new skills is commendable. You excel in translating requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by collaborating closely with the implementation project team. You thrive in a Scrum-based, Agile development process that prioritizes coding over documentation and meetings. Your strong documentation and communication skills enable you to effectively engage with customers. Your hands-on experience includes customizing or creating custom discovery patterns, integrating ServiceNow Event Management with different third-party monitoring tools, troubleshooting discovery issues, and integrating ServiceNow discovery with third-party credential stores such as CyberArk. Your exposure to Linux/Windows server administration, Cloud, and Cloud Native Infrastructure is a plus. Overall, you possess strong experience in implementing cloud discovery and are well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of this role.,
