As an inspiring System Architect in Quality Engineering Practice, you will be responsible for understanding both technologies and processes to build and implement technical solutions addressing Quality Engineering challenges throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Your role involves challenging the Status-Quo, bringing efficiencies to processes, and enhancing delivery approaches across projects. You will be expected to introduce fresh and innovative approaches to software test management and delivery, up-skill team members, engage effectively with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will act as a Quality GateKeeper, providing guidance to Dev counterparts on implementing best practices. Your responsibilities will include driving consistency and best practices by facilitating cross-functional knowledge sharing, supporting proposals, pre-sales activities, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) within the Quality Engineering Practice. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE/B.Tech/MCA degree with at least 8 years of experience in defining test strategy, test plans, and work estimation for projects. Proficiency in all phases of the software development life cycle, particularly within an agile development model and risk-based testing, is essential. Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript, along with knowledge of JavaScript-based testing packages like chai and mocha, are required. You should have a demonstrated ability to implement automated testing solutions and develop scalable automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, WebDriverio, Protractor, Playwright, or Puppeteer. Proficiency in the CI/CD process around Selenium or JavaScript-based frameworks is also expected. Prior experience as a Team Lead, combined with problem-solving, out-of-the-box thinking, and analytical skills, will be advantageous in this role. Excellent communication, client interaction, and Stakeholder Management skills are essential for successful performance in this position.,
