The Technical Lead - Liveable Places will be responsible for overseeing project delivery in the iCRC Liveable places team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and error-free outputs. Your role involves providing technical mentorship, fostering professional growth within the team, and driving progress towards chartership. You will develop approaches to technical delivery in bids and projects, specify resources for delivery, and oversee the checking and approval of project deliverables. It will be your responsibility to interface with the UK Project Manager and Team Leaders to mobilize teams on projects effectively. Mentorship and Training are crucial aspects of your role. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, develop and implement a comprehensive training program to enhance team skills and knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Quality Assurance is a key responsibility. You must ensure that all deliverables from the GCC Liveable places team meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Implementing robust quality control processes to identify and rectify errors promptly is essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align modelling standards with organizational goals is also part of the role. Professional Development is another significant aspect of your role.
