We primarily serve gig riders, offering monthly rental services with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team and ensure our fleet of e-bikes is maintained to the highest standards. Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Technician to manage the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of our e-bike fleet. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electric bikes, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role is crucial to ensuring that our e-bikes are always in top condition, providing a reliable service to our customers. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of e-bikes to ensure they are in optimal working condition. 2. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with e-bikes, including battery management. 3. Perform quality control checks on all e-bikes before they are rented out. 4. Manage inventory of parts and tools required for repairs and maintenance. 5. Work closely with the operations team to track and schedule maintenance for active and inactive bikes. 6. Provide technical support for any issues reported by customers or the operations team. 7. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. 8. Keep detailed records of all repairs, maintenance, and inspections performed. 9. Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in e-bike systems. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field is a plus. 2. Proven experience as a technician, preferably in the e-bike or electric vehicle industry. 3. Strong understanding of electrical systems, battery management, and mechanical components of e-bikes. 4. Proficient in using tools and diagnostic equipment for repairs and maintenance. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
