Job Description

Coordinate and perform the installation of Onity locks, safes, minibars, and other products. Configure hardware and software components to ensure optimal performance. Provide onsite and remote technical support to resolve product issues. Conduct routine maintenance to ensure product longevity and client satisfaction. Act as a technical point of contact for hotel management during installation and after-sales service. Train hotel staff on the proper usage of installed products. Work closely with the sales and service teams to address client requirements. Assist the Technical Manager in planning and executing technical projects. Education: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, or a related technical field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, installation, or a similar role in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic and digital locking systems. Familiarity with hotel room automation and in-room accessories is an advantage.
