Build and publish end-user documentation for product releases. Create clear and concise technical content for end users. Plan, estimate, and deliver the work allocated on time. Work closely with Development, QA, Product Management, and Technical Support teams. Create high-quality documentation by adhering to the standard writing guidelines and ensure that the documents are easily readable, technically accurate, and complete. Create additional product information in the form of digital content suitable for tutorials, training, marketing, webinars, blogging, and conference presentations. Knowledge of style guides like Microsoft Style. Report issues with the product as you use it to develop the user documentation. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required Knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Agile development practices. Basic programming or scripting skills. XML/SGML editor such as Arbortext, FrameMaker Technical Writing skills in different tools such as Zoho writer, MS word, Zira and Robo help. Experience 1+ years of proven experience as a Technical writer Education Qualification Bachelors Degree in relevant technical field Work Location Mangalore, Karnataka (Currently we are not open to remote work option),
