Job Responsibilities: Create User-Focused Documentation: Develop clear and user-friendly product documentation, including user guides, manuals, FAQs, and online help, to support our customers in effectively using our products. Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information and insights for documentation purposes. Understand and Simplify Technical Concepts: Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable and actionable content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Keep Documentation Updated: Regularly review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance as products evolve. Contribute to Content Strategy: Work with the content strategy team to contribute to the development and execution of content plans, ensuring alignment with product and business goals. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance on documentation to ensure adherence to style guides, brand voice, and industry best practices. Collaborate with Support and Training Teams: Collaborate with customer support and training teams to identify documentation needs and address user inquiries effectively. Qualifications: Degree in B.Tech/MCA/BCA/BSC/MSC Saas, Software, Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer. Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to diverse audiences. Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with industry-standard documentation tools and platforms. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and project management skills.
