Are you a hands-on tech visionary ready to build cutting-edge 3D experiences on the web and beyond Were ENIPP, a product-first startup building a WebAR & immersive content creation platform that empowers creators, brands, and businesses to bring interactive 3D content to life straight from the browser. Were building the next-gen tools to make AR and immersive media scalable, accessible, and cloud-native. Were looking for a Technical Co-founder to lead product engineering, build the platform from the ground up, and take charge of our entire tech stack from real-time 3D rendering to scalable cloud architecture. Responsibilities: Lead technical vision, system architecture, and engineering roadmap. Build the core rendering engine using Unity, C++, WebGL, and WebAssembly. Work closely on cloud infrastructure for real-time content publishing, asset delivery, and scalable experience hosting. Develop performance-optimized, cross-platform 3D tools for browsers and mobile. Make key decisions on architecture, development cycles, and product features. Hire and mentor a high-performance tech team as we scale. Skills & Experience: Expert-level knowledge of Unity (C#) and C++ in a 3D or XR development context. Strong proficiency with WebGL, browser-based rendering, or WebAssembly. Solid understanding of cloud systems AWS, or custom microservices. Previous experience in building or contributing to a game engine, 3D editor, or rendering pipeline. Startup mindset: willing to build fast, learn fast, and solve deep tech problems hands-on. Bonus Points for: Familiarity with AR foundations, marker/image tracking, or real-time 3D content systems.
