Responsibilities Work with global customers to identify training needs, understand applications/processes, and improve digital adoption. Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, efficient solutions. Consult and propose optimal digital adoption strategies using relevant tools. Create tailored content for customer use cases. Help develop standards for consistent project deliverables. Requirements Ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders and understand the purpose and requirements of various customer business/enterprise applications, processes, and user personas. 2 - 5 years of experience in any of the following domains: Content Creation / Instructional Design / Technical Writing / Customer Success / Account Management / Marketing / Software Development / Business Analysis. Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment. Ability to travel to client locations as required. Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies. Worked in any of the following industries: IT/ITES, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, Oil and Gas, among others.
