Job Description: Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience (in years): Minimum 5-6 years Exposure/ Knowledge On: Handling of Fire tube Boilers, High pressure and Medium pressure Plant steam Distribution system, Unloading, Storage and Transfer of HSD & LDO (CCOE Tanks) and Knowledge on Softener systems Technical Skills: Hands on experience in working with Burners, PRDS Station, Economizer and Blowers, chimneys etc. First Class Boiler Operator certification GMP & GDP Behavioral Skills: Safety Orientation Quality Consciousness Transparency Achievement Orientation Stakeholder Management Analytical Thinking Accountability & Ownership Collaboration Service Orientation Roles & Responsibilities: (Tasks) Good knowledge on Operation and maintenance of Boiler, CCOE Tank yard and softener plant Hand on experience in trouble shooting day to day issues in Boiler, CCOE Tank yard and softener plant Responsible for intimating any incidents during the breakdowns to the supervisor Ensure that all the Preventive maintenance of equipments in Engineering department were performed within the due period as per the schedule Ensure periodic inspection of Boiler and Compliance w.r.t to Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) Ensure to Issue, control, and retrieval of documents (Logbooks) related to Engineering Department Ensure Spares, Inventory and Dosing Chemicals to be maintained as per the requirement Additional/ Preferrable Skills: (Desirable Criteria) Experience in Operation & Maintenance of Water System Experience in Operation & Maintenance of Black Utilities, ETP & STP Location:Ferring India Laboratories,
