Job Description

As a Salesforce Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architectures. You will be developing and maintaining technical design documents and solution blueprints while defining and enforcing Salesforce development standards, including coding best practices and security protocols. In addition, you will lead the deployment of Salesforce solutions, overseeing data migration and integration activities to ensure data integrity and consistency. Collaboration with Salesforce developers to implement custom applications and features will also be a key aspect of your role. Your technical leadership skills will be crucial as you provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. Conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, and staying current with Salesforce updates and emerging technologies will help in incorporating the latest features into solutions. Working closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, you will gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Facilitating workshops and meetings to discuss technical solutions and serving as the technical point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues will be essential for effective stakeholder collaboration. Ensuring the quality of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing monitoring and reporting mechanisms will be part of your quality assurance responsibilities. You will also create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides, while providing training and support to end-users and technical teams on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.,
