As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the governance and technical service delivery for our customers. You will play a crucial role in helping our customers derive maximum business value from their Oracle investments, ensuring that they achieve their desired business outcomes while mitigating risks. In this role, you will need to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers, maintaining consistency and quality in the deliverables provided to them. You will be instrumental in assisting customers in aligning their IT strategies with their business goals, identifying and addressing challenges along the way. Additionally, you will be expected to apply industry-leading practices to ensure successful Oracle technology and Cloud deployments and operations. The services portfolio that you will be handling includes Managed Services, On-Premise, Hybrid Cloud, Applications, Platforms, Databases (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), and Security services. As a TAM, you may be responsible for managing these services either in full or in part, depending on the specific requirements of each customer. This position is classified at Career Level IC3, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility associated with the role.
