Key Responsibilities: Project Governance & Standards Establish and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance structures. Develop and maintain templates, guidelines, and documentation for project execution. Project Tracking & Reporting Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives. Generate reports and dashboards for senior management to track project performance. Assist in portfolio reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data availability. Financial & Resource Management Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting for projects. Track resource allocation and capacity planning for project teams. Support vendor management and contract compliance for project-related services. Risk & Issue Management Identify, assess, and track project risks and mitigation plans. Facilitate issue resolution processes and ensure timely escalations when needed. Stakeholder & Communication Management Support communication between project teams, senior executives, and business stakeholders. Conduct project status meetings and provide updates on key initiatives. Facilitate training and workshops on PMO best practices and tools. Process Improvement & Tool Management Continuously assess and improve project management processes and tools. Implement automation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or other PM tools). Drive efficiency through process optimization and standardization. Career Level - IC2,
