Job Description
You should have an overall experience of 7-9 years in Building Management System and Extra Low Voltage System, along with 3-5 years of customer sales account management experience and 4 years of working experience as a pre-sales estimation engineer. Additional qualifications preferred for this role include experience with Energy Management/Industry 4.0 platform selling, the ability to analyze the competitive landscape for any opportunity, proven leadership skills, and involvement in extra-curricular activities or leadership experiences. Your responsibilities will involve conducting customer presentations about KED's strength and technology delivery approach, preparing proposals and tender bid submissions on time for BMS, ELV & IoT solutions, achieving sales orders and delivery margin set targets, owning client relations for managed accounts from a techno-commercial perspective, preparing Key Account management plans, developing account growth strategies, and providing technical solutions and facilitating customer relations. You should be able to work alone as well as collaboratively in a team environment, handle problems through to completion, remain calm under pressure, possess excellent communication skills (verbal & written), be an excellent problem solver, and have the ability to understand the impacts of actions. Emergency handling skills are required to manage emergency situations effectively and avoid operational hindrances during system failures. You must also have the ability to work at all levels to deliver on commitments. As part of your self-development activities, you will be expected to develop skills to understand different verticals of business and customer business processes, engage in self-learning of technology/software tools that KED predominantly works upon.,
