About the Role We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Tech Team Lead who can efficiently lead and mentor frontend developers. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in frontend technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to take complete ownership of projects. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of frontend developers on multiple projects. Take complete ownership of technical execution and team performance. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code. Guide team members with best coding practices and architectural decisions. Act as the bridge between developers and management/product teams. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in frontend development. Proven experience in leading a team of developers. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Frameworks like React.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc Version control tools like Git/GitHub Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to handle team responsibilities independently. Strong communication and decision-making skills.
