Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding and Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up the entire salon's data into our software. Accuracy and efficiency are crucial, as the role requires customer-facing products and services data. About the company We are an early-stage software company based in Bangalore, India. We are building a first-of-its-kind tool to help beauty and wellness centres with their growth. We are on a mission to transform the business process of beauty and wellness centres worldwide! What you will do You will own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, and ensuring retention. Transcribe salon menus and enter them excel sheets and upload them into our software with minimal supervision. Ensure high levels of confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Very quick to respond to customer queries and resolve it to their satisfaction Review the customer journey, identifying how its supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them Qualifications Bachelors with 6+ months of experience in Tech Support. Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (minimum 40 words per minute). Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) . Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and interpersonal skills. Hiring Process Screening over the phone as first round.
