We offer inbound technical services, web designing, and development services round the clock to clients in the UK, US, Australia, and various European countries. Despite being based in Kolkata, we have subsidiaries in Thailand, the US, and the UK. We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Associate for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing technical support in an international BPO setting, with a focus on sales. The role involves attending inbound calls and resolving issues related to printers, routers, Mac, Windows, antivirus software, email, pop-ups, and more. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to effectively close calls. This position offers both day and night shifts, with a competitive salary of up to 25000/- (negotiable) along with incentives. Employees will receive a fixed salary credited on the 1st of every month, 24 casual leaves per year, 15 compensatory offs, and a paid birthday leave.
