Job Description

As a Tech Lead for Web development using ReactJS with Typescript, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the customer to understand functional requirements and lead a team of developers in developing application features. You will have the opportunity to engage in client management, articulate product requirements, conduct demos, and ensure high-quality engineering practices throughout the development process. Your role will involve daily interactions with the customer to gather requirements, evaluate potential technical solutions, and demonstrate developed features. You will also be responsible for conducting code reviews, ensuring code quality for yourself and the team, and breaking down requirements into manageable units of development for estimation. To excel in this role, you should have a strong passion for delving into both functional and technical details to help the team achieve project goals. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of Javascript, Typescript, ReactJS, and its core principles, as well as experience with popular workflows like Flux or Redux and frameworks like NextJS. Additionally, you should be well-versed in modern front-end development tools and technologies, including but not limited to HTML/XHTML, XML, JSON, CSS, AJAX, and version control systems such as GIT. Your familiarity with ES6, TypeScript concepts, Firebase configuration, Restful APIs integration, and unit testing tools like Jest will be crucial in ensuring the success of the projects you lead. Your responsibilities will include leading daily customer calls, analyzing functional requirements, managing team tasks, estimating efforts, reviewing code, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will also be expected to write clean, well-designed code, follow agile development processes, troubleshoot and maintain software, and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. Moreover, you will play a key role in translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code, optimizing components for performance, adhering to best design and coding practices, and staying updated on new technologies.
