Hiring: Tech Lead Digital Solutions & Innovation | VISCO India VISCO India is seeking a tech lead to spearhead the development of enterprise-grade software solutions, including ERP, in-house CRM, facility management software, and other tech-driven innovations for our Aerial & Tech FM division. This role offers an opportunity to lead end-to-end software development while leveraging emerging technologies to drive digital transformation in the integrated facilities management (IFM) sector. Key responsibilities: - Architect, develop, and deploy custom-built software solutions aligned with global standards. - Design and implement ERP, CRM, and FM technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency. - Integrate IoT, AI, and other emerging technologies to optimize facility management services. - Ensure seamless UI/UX design and functionality, meeting international software benchmarks. - Manage an in-house team or external developers, ensuring high-quality, timely project execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital solutions with business goals. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in the facility management services industry is highly desirable. - Proven expertise in software architecture, full-stack development, and deployment. - Strong ability to build scalable, high-quality software from scratch. - Candidates with an existing team will be given preference. - Open to both in-house professionals and high-performing freelance teams.
