Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Lead to lead and scale our team of engineers. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a vertical within the engineering department, ensuring successful project delivery, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the organization's technical strategy. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic direction and technical guidance to the engineering team in alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to develop a long-term vision for our products and platform while maintaining a fast-paced environment for high-quality project delivery. Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the engineering and product departments will be a key aspect of your role. You will partner with engineers, product, design, and cross-functional leaders to shape and lead engineering work, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy. To be successful in this role, you must have experience leading and mentoring a team of developers, with expertise in AWS and the MERN Stack. You should be skilled in architecting scalable, reliable, and secure solutions, driving projects from concept to completion in a collaborative environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Desirable skills include Linux administration, cloud architecture design, AWS CloudFormation, CI/CD systems design, secure networking design, data architecture design, experience with MongoDB and relational databases, as well as working with the MERN Stack.
