Job Title: Tech Lead Location: Chandigarh (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday About the Role Were looking for a proactive and experienced Tech Lead to join our Chandigarh team. In this role, you'll define technology strategy, guide a team of engineers, and contribute to the development of scalable, high-quality solutions. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers using Node.js, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, MySQL, and Vue.js. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of engineers; promote a culture of quality and learning. Architect, develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js and AWS Lambda. Design and optimize scalable databases in MongoDB and MySQL. Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver responsive Vue.js applications. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Monitor application performance, resolve issues, and improve scalability. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. 6+ years of software development experience. Hands-on expertise in Node.js, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, MySQL, and Vue.js. Solid grasp of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. Experience mentoring developers and working in team settings. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Experience in fintech or financial services. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
