Greetings from Mphasis! We are hiring for Tech Engineer - SD. Location - Hyderabad Relevant Experience - 4 to 5 years of related experience in Help Desk support with Mac Laptops Shift Timing - Should be comfortable with 24*7 Rotational. Notice period - Immediate Qualification - Any Min. Graduate / Preferred - B-Tech/ BE Roles & Responsibilities : Experience with Mac laptops mandatory. Basic networking knowledge including VPN, DNS, etc. Managing and administering within AD Users and Computers Familiarity with vSphere services including vCenter, virtual machines, etc. Jamf administration including device management, packaging, etc. Provide Help Desk support both in person and remotely Troubleshoot workstation issues both in person and remotely Manage work tasks using Jira ticketing Assist with handling different support requests including access management, vulnerability mitigation, etc. Assist with improving documentation within our Confluence space Interested candidates can share your updated resume copy on apoorva.kapale@mphasis.com.,
