Manager - Tech Consulting - National - CNS - TC - Microsoft - Bangalore
CRM Integration Developer + Power Platform Copilot & CoPilot Studio
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365): Strong understanding of D365 applications and architecture, Ability to integrate external systems with D365 modules
- Microsoft Copilot (Power Platform Copilot & CoPilot Studio) : Experience in Copilot Studio for custom conversational AI flows, Familiarity with integrating Copilot into business applications
- Integration using HTTP Endpoints : Proficient in designing and consuming HTTP APIs, Able to develop lightweight, low-latency REST-based integrations , Capable of securely handling authentication and data transfer
- Custom Integration Development : Ability to build custom connectors or integration layers where OOTB connectors are insufficient, Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom middleware services
- Performance Optimization: Understanding of latency-sensitive integrations, Ability to assess and optimize performance in real-time applications, especially voice solutions
