Title: TEAM MEMBER AUTOMATION Job Location : Vadodara Qualifications: Diploma Instrumentation, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electrical or B.E/B.Tech Instrumentation, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electrical or Diploma + B.E/B.Tech Instrumentation, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electrical with min 3 years of experience in a similar role critical points: 1. Candidate should have experience in Managing PLC, HMI and SCADA programming, experience in Mitsubishi PLC 2. experience in Making electrical and pneumatic circuit designs Use draft sight/AutoCAD 3. Software Skills GX Developer, GX Works 2/3, Kinco HMI-2.5/3.5.1/4.2.0 4. experience in Maintenance & troubleshooting of automation machines. 5. QMS Knowledge/awareness Job Responsibility: 1. Managing PLC, HMI and Scada programming, experienced in Mitsubishi PLC. 2. Making electrical and pneumatic circuit design. 3. Use draft sight for Electrical & Pneumatic circuit designing. 4. Involve in developmental activities, like making/modifying set-ups, test station/ test bench. 5. Supervised, planned, coordinated, and scheduled in-house equipment repairs, preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance. 6. Configure Hardware and Software using Mitsubishi PLC. 7. Continuous improvement in machines & working area. 8. Maintain spare list. 9. Maintenance & troubleshooting of automation machines. Industry, If any specific requirement: Emeging Technology IoT Software Skills: GX Developer, GX Works 2/3, Kinco HMI-2.5/3.5.1/4.2.0, MS Office QMS Requirement: Awareness of ISO 9001 Process Knowledge: Preventive Maintenance, Periodic Maintenance, Downtime Reduction, Cycle Time Improvements Soft Skills: Good Listener,
