Locations: All over Bangalore
Rotational Shifts: Morning / Mid / Night
Salary: 17,000 take-home + 500 Attendance Bonus + 1500 Performance Bonus
Extra incentives/OT: 5,0006,000 possible
Double OT on Govt. holidays
Regular hikes & promotions (Caf Lead earns 25K30K in 1 year)
Job Role:
Cook food, pack orders, and hand over to delivery partners
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen
Follow hygiene and safety standards
No customer interaction, only app-based orders
