Job Description

As a member of the Marketing & Sales - CRM team, your role involves executing analysis, reporting, and maintenance on customer and market data to support the sales and marketing process. By implementing customer-focused strategies and solutions, you will contribute to driving revenue growth and meeting the organization's long-term objectives. Your responsibilities include identifying new opportunities for the organization in terms of customers, markets, and products through data analysis. Using customer data analysis, you will proactively predict customer needs and enable solutions through LMW services and products. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers/prospects, gathering critical information about them, and targeting them appropriately with campaigns and business development processes. Maintaining data quality within the customer database, updating existing customer and market data, and extracting data for new prospects on a daily basis are crucial aspects of your role. You will also be involved in converting the extracted database into CRM format, ensuring data accuracy, and updating clean-up activity dashboards to share with the campaign manager. Recording all client contacts in real-time in CRM, developing insights, suggesting recommendations for improvement, and adhering to business excellence processes and policies are essential components of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing training schedules, utilizing the latest technologies and tools for the Analytics & CRM team, evaluating new technologies to optimize the database system, and automating activities to enhance efficiency. Your role plays a significant part in driving the success of the Marketing & Sales - CRM team by leveraging data analysis and CRM tools to support strategic decision-making and business growth.,
