Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Manager to lead, supervise, and support a team to achieve operational and performance goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding team members, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team to meet performance targets and deadlines.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and support.
Allocate tasks, set goals, and ensure daily workflow is efficient and effective.
Handle escalations and resolve conflicts or issues within the team.
Track KPIs and generate reports for senior management.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance feedback.
Identify training needs and assist in the development of team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cross-functional activities or resolve challenges.
Promote a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement and high performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader/manager role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage performance and coach team members effectively.
Proficient in using computers and basic business software (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
Industry-specific experience (e.g., sales, customer service, operations).
Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting tools.
