Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role should have industry exposure and be proficient in both Hindi and English languages. Experience in outbound Tele calling, Tele Sales, and Lead generation is required. Familiarity with the Lead Generation process and outbound Tele calling is preferred. Previous experience with a dialer is a plus. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for effectively communicating information to the sales team members in a timely and accurate manner. You will manage and drive the sales team's targets and performance, ensuring that all metrics are met according to the contractual requirements. Strong team management skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of up to 40k in-hand. The working hours are in the day shift with 6 days working from the office. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Team Lead or Quality Analyst roles and should be able to join immediately. Face to face interviews are mandatory, and candidates from a BPO background with on-paper experience are preferred.
