We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the furniture, furnishing, hardware, or building material industry, coupled with proven expertise in both indoor and outdoor sales. Key Responsibilities: Managing the day- to- day activities of the team. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service. Lead and manage a team of sales executive to meet and exceeds sales targets. Manage and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve monthly sales targets. Delegating tasks to team members. Monitor sales performance, set goals, amd ensures alignment with overall business objectives. Handle client inquiries and recommend suitable products from our range.
