Job Description

Purpose: The Regional Head Sales is responsible for driving business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation. This role is pivotal in developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships. The position requires a strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership to ensure consistent sales performance, customer satisfaction, and business profitability. Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Drive revenue generation by expanding sales channels and entering new markets. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in Telecom, Fintech, FMCG, or FMCD industries. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
