< Back to Career Preferred Industry Experience: Machine Vision / 3C / Consumer Electronics / Industrial Automation Department: Product Development Qualification: BE Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics/ Computer Science Opportunities Group: 6 to 10 yrs Number of open positions: 02 Work Location: Bengaluru Preferred Skills Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems for 3C industries Lead the development of machine vision part of advanced AOI systems, including hardware and software components Development of detailed project plans and ensure the timely product launch as per the plan Provide technical guidance to the team of engineers on image processing, pattern recognition, and machine learning algorithms used in AOI applications Collaborate with hardware suppliers to ensure the optimal integration of optical components such as cameras, lenses, and lighting systems Write and optimize codes for DL / ML based AOI system software, ensuring real-time performance and accuracy Identify potential risks and challenges in projects, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure the successful completion of deliverables Develop user interfaces and tools for configuring, controlling, and monitoring AOI systems Evaluate new technologies and build prototypes and PoC systems, enhancing product capabilities Collaborate with the senior leadership team to establish and execute product launch strategy aligned to the goals of the organisation Responsible for the product validations, change management, manufacturing feasibility study and product cost optimization Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Mechanical engineers, Control system Engineers, Software developers, quality assurance, manufacturing, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of AOI systems Stakeholder management with all stakeholders, including product developers, Sales & marketing team, Technology partners, suppliers and customers Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria accurately Experience in building AOI machines for the Consumer electronics industry would be added advantage Apply,
