Team Leader - Operations VSJ Internet Services

Team Management

• Lead and supervise field engineers/technicians for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internet services.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training where needed.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

• Ensure quick resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
• Coordinate with customers for installation schedules, fault repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Network Operations

• Oversee network uptime, performance, and quality of service.
• Report outages or major issues to higher management.
• Ensure compliance with ISP technical standards and safety procedures.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly work reports.
• Maintain records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Track inventory of network equipment and tools.

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with the operations, sales, and technical support teams.
• Update management about field activities, challenges, and improvement suggestions.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure that team follows company policies, quality guidelines, and safety standards.
• Comply with government regulations related to internet service operations.
