Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Field Recruiters. This individual will play a pivotal role in leading recruitment operations, ensuring the team meets its recruitment targets, and maintaining high standards of candidate selection in line with organizational needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of recruitment processes, and a passion for developing team capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of Field Recruiters to meet recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Recruitment Oversight: Supervise the recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality candidate selection.
  • Strategy Execution: Implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and staffing needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and provide regular feedback to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with recruitment efforts.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Adhoc Tasks: Any additional task assigned by managers related to FR performance improvement and to achieve city targets.


Qualifications

  • Candidates must be Graduate in any field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment of Delivery Executives with a minimum of 1 year in a team management role or in leading sales team.
  • Regional Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language is mandatory.
  • Location Expertise: Must have in-depth knowledge of the local area.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
  • Must be aware of basic excel skills and flexible with the scope of the role.
