The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in the real estate sector and will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing inside sales team. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales results, exceed targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and direction to the inside sales team. - Achieve monthly revenue targets for Residential Real Estate Sales. - Train and develop team members to ensure optimal performance. - Motivate and inspire the team to surpass sales targets. - Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies. - Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with business goals. - Monitor individual and team performance metrics. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. - Build strong relationships with clients and customers. - Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Generate reports on sales performance and key metrics.
