Location: Pune (Wagholi) Education Qualification BE/ B.Tech/Diploma- Electrical / Electronics 6 + Years of Experience in Machine Shop Maintenance(CNC)Experience in handling Machine shop ( Grinding / turning/ Machining centre m/c) . Having good experience in Grinding machine, Turning center, Machining center (HMC/VMC), Induction Hardening, Gantry Maintenance Exposure in dealing with Fanuc, Siemens CNC/PLC control system for grinding, turning, milling, Machining center. Expert in CNC & PLC maintenance, able to do the PLC, HMI programing Understanding of CNC parameter. Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance,Preventive maintenance,Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenace and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implent the same. Familiar with Capturing Predictive data for various critical machines. Good vendor network for repairing PLC/CNC card, drive, PCBs Familiar with Gantry maintenance.
