Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers. This role is crucial for ensuring that the team consistently achieves its sales targets, meets company goals, and upholds high standards of customer satisfaction. The Team Leader will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and strategy to drive team performance, while fulfilling the companys objectives and fostering an environment of growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets. Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the company. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Training & Development: Provide training and support to team members to help them enhance their skills and achieve targets. Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals. Relationship Building: Ensure Relationship Managers are cultivating strong relationships with agents and clients, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise within the team, ensuring smooth operations and conflict resolution. Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on team performance, challenges, and progress. Incentives Management: Encourage and motivate the team to earn performance-based incentives, creating a competitive yet collaborative environment.
